We want you to feel your best in your Fancy Fits. If your size isn't quite right, we're happy to offer size exchanges on eligible items.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Exchanges are available for a different size only of the exact same product and colorway originally purchased.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original polybag.
• A $35 exchange fee applies to all exchange requests.

How to Request an Exchange

To begin an exchange, please email hi@thefancyfits.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Name
• Email address
• Product name and color/print
• Current size
• Requested size

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll collect the $35 exchange fee and email you a prepaid return shipping label.

After We Receive Your Return

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange requirements.

• If approved: We'll ship your replacement in the requested size as soon as possible.
• If the item does not meet our exchange requirements: The exchange will be declined, and your original item will be returned to you.

Please note that requested sizes are subject to availability at the time your exchange is processed. Limit one exchange per item.
